    All the labs and research centres for the Faculty of Engineering are located at block A, floors 1, 2 and 3. As on November 2001, there are 20 labs and 4 research centres that are used to support teaching and research activities at the faculty.

    Lab Notice Board

  • Information and announcements about the labs are mostly available at the lab notice boards that are located at the corridors leading to the labs at block A on floors 1, 2 and 3. Students are advised to refer to the notice boards for any new notices from the labs.
    Information about the labs can be accessed at the lab intranet webpage.

    Lab Staff

    Every lab will have 1 lab staff that will oversee the daily operation of the lab. Each lab is supervised by an appointed academic staff. The lab staff and their supervisors are listed below.

Lab Management Committee (LMC)

The lab management committee members are appointed by the Dean to ensure the proper management of the labs to meet its objectives in supporting the academic teaching and research activities of the faculty. The management of the lab is guided by the Lab Management Committee Workflow , Standard Operating Procedures and Policies. The set of document for the LMC workflow, standard operating procedures and policies are available only to the staff at the lab intranet webpage.
